Why would you call them by their middle name. It will be so confusing at school and at a working environment. Just use the name if you are going to call them Jolie or Cate or whatever.

I think Milla Cate is beautiful, whether or not she goes by Milla or Cate, but I don’t like Catey very much.

Lia Jane is the best one!
Lia Rose sounds beautiful but she would get called LIAR (I know a girl named Lia Rain and she gets called LIAR all day long)

Milla? Eww. Obviously other people don’t think so. Personally, Dara Jolie really caught my eye. But I agree with other posters who’ve said name your child what you’re going to call them. My nephew is called by his middle name and it’s confusing.
