Gillian Alicia vs. Yes vs. No

Is the spelling Gillian too creative and teen mom like? I am 16 but dont want a typical teen mom name where the spelling is messed up and extra letters ect it’s just I don’t like the spells Jillian. What do you think in general of this set? Thanks ~ Eliza

I prefer Gillian spelt this way probably because of a TV program but it’s a legitimate spelling nevertheless.

Isn’t it pronounced Gill ee an instead of Jill ee an? Two different names anyway and as a pp stated its a legitimate name on its own. Good pick :) I don’t think it flows well with Alicia though.

It can be pronounced with the hard G or the soft most commonly with the soft G

I think Gillian is lovely!
I’ve actually always preferred the G spelling.
Alicia probably wouldn’t be my first choice for the middle name just because it repeats so many of the letters that are already in Gillian but it certainly isn’t terrible either.

Gillian is rare but it is the Italian spelling of Jillian
