Sorry, I think two botanical names are a little much for twins, but if that is what you like, I could certainly picture two little fairy girls as Lily and Daisy, just not two grown women.

Yes. As far as themes go, flower names are among the most appealing. Can’t see why they would not be good on grown women. I know a Lily who is 40ish. It works for her just fine.

Oops posted before I was finished! Daisy Jeanette flows beautifully in my opinion, not so much with Lily Anastasia. Perhaps you could do Anastasia Lily and Daisy Jeanette? Good luck :)
