Nina’s vs. Full vs. Name
It’s been cut down to Caterina, Myrina, Nerina, Lucina, Persephone, Zenina, and Athena after so many wonderful suggestions. Love Nina, as a nickname or a full name. From your list I would go with Persephone. It’s so gorgeous. Why shouldn’t your daughter have a great too, just like your cat? Not weird in the least. (But you’re asking a cat lady, so keep that in mind.)
Colleen means "little girl" in Irish, just like Nina does in Spanish. Colleen, nn Nina? Just a wildcard entry. Also, Nina is traditionally a nickname for Ann / Anne / Anna. So if you’ve got any of those in your framily it could do double duty as an honoring. Good luck! :0)

@Fredacat I didn’t know Nina was traditionally a nickname for Anna. That does make it all the more sweet to me as my Gma Anna Maria (who also went by Anita as a little girl lol) is like my favorite person in this world beside my hub and daughter ofc.
