Baby Name Poll

To have cousins with the same name but a different nickname? I have a four year old niece named Evangeline Claire who goes by Lina and I am expecting a little girl of my own and I absolutely love Evangeline nickname Eva. I kind of want to get outside opinions before bringing it up to my brother and sister in law. What are your thoughts on this? They would see each other on a semi regular basis (like once a month or so). If I don’t go with Evangeline I want something similar in style more than sound (so an uncommon, elegant longer name with plenty of nickname options).
