I’m sorry I can in no way shape or form see this on a child teenager or adult. It looks made up and does not at all sound like a proper name.

My friend’s name is Noor. Her middle name is Coor, ( she’s from India) but I don’t think that’s what you looking for.

I quite like it,though I’ve never heard it before. It does sound a bit like a shortened name. Norla or Norma could be an option.

Just posted but even if some people think Noor sounds made up (above), it’s not and is actually an Arabic name that means "light"

Love Chloe Monique. I’m probably weird, but I find Noor kind of hard to pronounce. I love one syllable names like Claire and Blaire and Tess. They are chic! But I am really unsure about Noor. Here are some more possibilities: Wynn, Tru, Jess, Brooke, Britt, Laine, Trace, Brynn, Lynn, Faye, Neve, Rae, Tai, Vale, Joss, Ren. I also love Adair.
