Are you saying these the same? If you want lie-lah with a long I, I'd go with either Lilah or Lila. I think you'll get Lay-lah with Leila. If that was your intention, ignore me. I prefer lie-lah and the spelling Lilah personally! Good luck!

Lilah pronounced lie-lah
Leila pronounced lay-lah

I think it depends on how you want to pronounce the name.

Lila and Lilah are pronounced the same: Lie-lah
Leila is pronounced: Lay-lah

I voted for Lila thinking the names were pronounced as such:
Lila and Lilah: Lie-luh
Leila: Lee-luh
