Lilliana doesn’t do anything to me it just someone stuck an a to the end to Lillian, i don’t think it is bad though. Lilliana Noelle flows better than Lillian but Lillian Sifuentes sounds best. GL.

I love Lillian. Lilliana is nice, but saying a four syllable name all the time may get tiresome. It does flow a little better with Noelle, but in all honesty, how often are you going to say both names together anyway. Both sound great with your last name, so I would make your final decision based on the length of the first and last name together.
