Samantha is not my favorite, but its miles ahead of that other made up name...
If a business resume came to my desk with Siantelle at the top of the page, I probably wouldn’t even call back because I wouldn’t know how to say the name.

Siantelle isn’t made up, I know at least 2 people with this name and it is spelled this way. If you don’t like that spelling then how about Chantelle? Is that any better? Chantelle or Samantha?

Samantha is best, if you want charn-tell then spell it Chantelle, i like that and i like Sian on it’s own but Siantelle looks made up sorry, i’ve never met anyone with the name spelled like this
