It depends... Do you pronounce Adeline with -line rhyming with "fine," "mine," "sign," or rhyming with "Jean," "lean," "seen?"

With all the "M"s in her name Adeline looks like Madeline missing the first letter.

Adelaide works better, or Madeline Monet M which is really cute! (I'm a fan of alliteration.)
