Do you think James and Jeremy make a good set for twins. We would most likely call them Jamey and Jem until they can decide which they'd like to go by. My husband and I would like opinions because we are not discussing names with family or friends. We don't want anyone to know until they are born. Thanks so much. -Michael and Rose Camden

I think they are too close, especially since Jim/Jimmy is a common nickname of James.

I think it's cute I have twin nephews called Grayson and Graydon and people always comment on how cute it is, just try to have very different middle names

I think Jeremy and James are different enough. Jamie and Jem run a little close for me, but nicknames are apt to change.
