Rhys vs. Reece vs. Reese

We need help deciding on the spelling of "Reece". I love the traditional Irish spelling "Rhys", but my MIL brought up the potential difficulty spelling and mis spelling he will have. Any input is appreciated!

I think Rhys looks very masculine,I would go with that spelling for a boy now that the name is unisex. Love the name,gl!
