I am not sure what you are asking. It seems like you have boy/girl names and maybe girl/girl names. Two different things and hard to vote. I think especially since they are twins there needs to be a definite distinction between the boy's name & gir'ls name so they aren't mistaken for 2 boys.

Your other girls have distinctly feminine names which Sam and. Charlie aren't. Samantha and Charlotte,Charlene,Charlize, or Charelston would be better.

Agree, give girls girl names (with boyish nn if you must) but make the distinction between boy and girl clear esp with twins
