I love the name Jack, but am not sure I like it as a proper first name. Is it professional on a resume? What names could Jack be a nn for?

I think it’s professional enough by itself.

John with nn Jack. Jack is adorable, but when he’s older, I think John sounds better. However, Jack is fine too. Jackson is horrid, sorry.

My DS is just Jack and we considered Jackson as well. I actually picked Jack because I thought it was a bit presidential. Our last name is one syllable, so it paired well as a quick, easy to say name. Like I said, I think he’s a future president! His middle name is Logan and they go great together!
