I would say definitely spell Gemma with 2 m’s. Other than that I love all the names and combos except Lorena. I love Lila though. How about:
Lila and Lucy
Lila and Liana
Lila and Lauren
Lila and Lena

Lila and Linnea (Lih-nay-uh)
