I adore Poppy but I think it's too matchy with big sister, Paisley. I voted Parker for that reason though I'm not a fan of it for either a boy or girl. If you are open to suggestions:

Paloma Eloise
Paris Eloise
Prima Eloise
Piper Eloise
Phoenix Eloise (I like how this has a P but an F sound).

Yeah, there's a poster around lately who likes to accuse everybody of being a troll. Hopefully s/he gets tired of this soon.

Poppy is nicer than Parker, imo. But it is quite similar in sound to Paisley. Are you set on a P name? If so, here are some ideas.

Penelope
Paige
Phoebe
Pearl
Phillipa with the nickname Pippa
Primrose

Poppy, no problems, doesn't sound remotely like the sib name, just has a Y ending, big deal

We have considered Penelope with the nickname Poppy but we don't think it sounds the best with Eloise. These will be our only two children so we don't mind them having matching first letter initials. I have one sibling a sister and we both share the same first letter initial as well. Thanks!

Parker and Paisley seem like brother and sister to me so I choose Poppy.

Parker is ranked 87 for boys

Parker Eloise gmv. It's so cute! Not a fan of Poppy, at all. To me, Poppy sounds like you're popping pimples.
