Mianna nn Mia vs. Miana nn Mia

So we’ve decided on Mianna/Miana, but we’re not sure how to spell it. Some of you said in our earlier poll that Miana is prettier than Mianna, but we want the pronunciation ’Me-AN-a’ not ME-an-a’. So which do you think is better?
