My husband and I heard the name Jamien (Pronounced Damien but with a "j") And fell in love with it. We were looking for a unique name, but not too out there and really like this one. Do you think it is better for a boy or girl?

Jamien seems like a combination of Julian and Damien, so I like it for a boy, not a girl. It’s cute though!

the thing about this name is that, for your childs entire life he/she will constantly be correcting teachers when they call role. they will always be correcting people on how to say their name right.

I have a nephew named Jamien Bentley. Never has he had a pronounciation issue, and never has he met anyone else with this name!

dont like it for a boy or a girl but it does sound more boyish to me
