It is so masculine! Sorry for breaking the chain of compliments. Makenna is derived for McKenna in which Mc is the equivalent of son in scottish surnames. Plus Reese is "unisex". Sounds Masculine.

and there is nu-thing wrong with a unisex name. I’m a sasha and does it bother me? No!!!!! Its only a little weird when people tell me their great great grandfather was a sasha. But unisex names are nawt masculine. Unisex means it could go either way. DUH

I like the name very cute! To the fifth poster..don’t you think your statement would be more ’powerful’ if you didn’t type in such a ’childish’ manner? I mean nawt and !!!!! will not help you win an argument. To the poster, If you like this name than go for it. At least she won’t say her middle name all the time.

I love the name too. I will name my next daughter Makenna if I have one. And yes unisex means it culd be a male or a female name. A lot of names are unisex so deal with it. Even my name is unisex and my sisters[our names are Nicole and Ashley].
