Eric is such a handsome name and so underused. Eric gets my vote. I like Nathan & Caleb but they are getting overused.

Casey is NOT too girly at all - it’s a terrific name! Caleb is my first choice - especially considering you are thinking about ’Cal’ as a nickname which is a great lifelong name :)

I love all the names - whatever you choose will be great!

Casey Jordan! You need to think about what sounds good over the sound system in case he becomes the 2030 shortstop for the Sox or the starting point guard for Villanova.

I suggest naming your son something not on this list. I will feel bad when you name your son Caleb after I made fun of it (this is a midwestern, Bible thumper name and it is in appropriate for a worldy, east coast child). Everyone else will feel bad when you name your son something they made fun of on this posting.

Caleb is in the top 10 of baby names in 2008...probably way before your name which is probably not even on the list and very cool and popular.

Whoever wrote the above post about the name Caleb being a Bible thumper name clearly has no taste and isn’t a worldly east coast child since he doesn’t know inappropriate is one word, not two. ...or you are from the east coast, but just ignorant.

I suggest Caleb Jedediah Abraham Moses Jordan (if not River).

Lauren, don’t you remember Eric as one of the triplets you (and I and Sarah) used to babysit for?! I would say that it’s an automatic no on that name:), so I’m for Nathan (Nate).
