My fear is the mispronouciation...it should be pronounced like Sonia but with an ’a’....But I like the way Sanyah looks

It should be pronounced "Sa-nia" Just like Sonia but with an ’a’ instead of an ’o’.

Oh, okay. Everytime I see Sonia I think S-OWN-Ya. So I like spelling it Sonya, or Sanya.

No, go with Sanya not Sanyah. NOT Sania. That would be pronounced San nee a.
What about Savannah? Is has the same feel, and sounds close to Sanya. Only difference is EVERYONE will ALWAYS know how to pronounce AND spell it.
