Jason nn Jay or Jase vs. Jackson nn Jacky vs. ?

I like boys’ names that can be shortened to cute nns when they’re younger but will be really manly when they grow up. I have 3 sons: Matthew Lucas (Matty), Andrew Jacob (Andy) and Aleksander Michael (Alle, said like Allie). I’m having trouble coming up with another name that I really love for my fourth son. Any suggestions?
