xavier (pronounced zay-vier) vs. zavier vs. xavier (pronounced ex-avier)

I like Xavier Michael or Matthew. I think Xavier is a great name!

Xavier is a great name but only if you pronounce it zay-vier. People who say ex-avier, or worse, egg-zavier, simply are clueless. It’s also okay to pronounce it ha-vee-AY, but only if you speak one of the languages that pronounces it that way.
