Go with Eva. Why make it confusing especially for a child by adding extry letters that aren’t necassary

Eeva is just odd, and if I saw Evah, I would pronounce the name eh-vuh, not ee-vuh. If you are wanting a short E, this would work, but if you are wanting the long, E, I’d stick with the traditional spelling.

Thanks for the input so far! This is what we had thought too. My husband is thrilled that his choice won the first poll, so he said I could choose the spelling.
