Megan is beautiful and not too popular. It was really popular in the early 90s though. I like Megan better than Meghan because Meghan is always mispronounced as ’meg-han’ or ’may-an’ (as if the gh is ’silent’).

I had a high school friend who spelled in Magan. I do not think it is very popular anymore like it was in the 80s and early 90s. It is a very pretty name that ages nicely. My friend is 30 and it still fits her.
