I think its an ok name...its not really my style, but I can see it on a child or grown person

Leila is a pretty name. Go for it. I think it would go nicely with a elegant longish middle name like Gabrielle, Victoria, Kathryn or Elizabeth.

I love this spelling for Lay-luh. However, it has 3 different pronunciations, which may hang some people up. I do see the Adam Sandler movie, too. Just because it was my favorite movie growing up.

I prefer Layla. Leila is pronounced LEE lah in our family. When I see that spelling, that’s the name I think of.
