I am a bit of a hopeless romantic and want to name my daughter using characters in romances. I was thinking Allie Rose (allie- from the notebook and rose- from titanic). Any other suggestions (please include what the refrences are). Thanks.

Allie Rose is very cute, but a bit cutesy for a woman.

Some other ideas:

Juliet - Romeo and Juliet
Elizabeth - Pride and Prejudice
Arwen - Lord of the Rings
Jenny - Forest Gump
Isolde - Tristan and Isolde
Maria - Sound of Music
Belle - Beauty and the Beast (hey, it’s still a romance!)
Danielle - Ever After
Emma - Emma

I think you should def use Allie Rose. I like Jack (from Titanic). Together, Allie & Jack are classic, uncommon names.
