Why not just use Jay?

It’s a first name on its own, its not too common, and its super handsome.

There have been plenty of successful men who were "just Jay,"-no need to hunt for something more "formal."

Lol my boyfriends name is JayJay i think it could make such a cute name or there is also Jayden its one of a kind and very appropriate but fun at the same time. :)

any name thats startes with the letter J can use the nn Jay or JayJay
