Gabriel is getting very popular, but I still love it!

I also heard the name Kabius somewhere, which sounds slightly similar, but it might be too far out there for your taste.

Gabriel is fairly popular. In 2007 it was the 28th most popular boys name in the US. Raphael was 705th (though the spelling Rafael was 228th).

I think they are both nice names. I’d pick Gabriel just because my husband likes it, but if that weren’t an issue it would be a tough choice. I don’t think you can go wrong with either one.

gabriel isnt that pop. raphael is a hispanic or spanish name.. are you even hispanic??
