Roberta vs. It’s cute vs. Too old fashioned

WDYT of Roberta? My brother’s name is Robert, which he inherited from my grandfather and great grandfather. Is Roberta too much? We probably wouldn’t be using a nn, though she might acquire one in school.

I’ve known 3 Roberta’s...one was called Bobbie, one Robyn, and one Berta. Berta is the nn I’d worry about. I’d use it as a mn.
