Please help us name our baby girl! She is due in 4 weeks. What last name should we give her Attolini(Macey’s) or Jamison(Brad’s) or should we hyphenate? If we give her 1 last name, should her middle name be one of our last names? We have a list of other 1st names that we will put in the first comment. Thank you to all who have helped us so far! Her last name should either be your husband’s last name or hyphenated, but not your last name.

Given the fact that you are not married (no judgement, here) I think you should name her Shelby Attolini Jamison. That way she has both your names. Hypenating just causes problems in school. If you think that there is any change you won’t stay with the baby’s father then you should give her your last name. I hope this helps.

Ok thank you for all your help. I think we will go with Jamison as a last name. This isn’t definite. We need to sleep on it. If we go with Jamison, then which middle name should we use?
