Trying to build up a list, and I think I've FINALLY found my style - vintage revival. In other words, if a name peaked in 1995, I likely won't want it, if it peaked in 1925, I'll likely adore it (within reason of course, I definitely would never use Gertrude or Mildred). I'd love some suggestions to add to my list;
Maude
Mabel
Clara
Olive
Agnes
Rosalind
Violet
Hattie
Ada
Millicent
Edith
Dorothea
Beatrice
Adeline
Agatha
Adelaide
Evelyn
Florence
Frances
Iris
Josephine
Madeline
Martha

Vintage names are not generally my style so i've tried t put a different perspective on this and more like' if i were a child today, which of these names would i perfer to be called?' and my personal answers would be:
Madeline- definately 100%my favourite. Its classic but still widley used.
Evelyn- With a cute nickname like Evie this name can age gracefully.
Adelaide/ Adeline- As above with Addy in place.
Millicent- although i don't like Millicent as much as the others its still has options for a cute nickname Millie.
Ada- I really like this in place of Ava
Violet- Making quite a comeback it isnt a name that is still left behind
Clara- I really like Clara and think it has the right amount of age to it. Works perfectly well on baby/teen/ young adult/ elderly.
