Evy and I just finished watching Disney's The Little Mermaid. It's our all time favorite movie and I think we secretly both have a crush on Prince Eric (he's the most down to earth out of all the Disney Princes! )

OH. MY. FR****G. GOD.

I THOUGHT IT WAS THE ONE--EVER.

Now I'm the club, YEAH.

Little Mermaid is also my fav. all time Disney movie -And I ALSO had such a crush for Prince Eric that I LOVE black-haired boys and wanted to named my future son Eric.

Following my list of favorites is Hercules and Aladdin. Those were amazing.

Attina -Not my style, but not necessary ugly. It has some potential.
Aquata -I prefer Aquamarina. Aquata is just ...
Andrina - Ok, but not my style. Prefer Adriana
Arista -Odd name, it's all I can say.
Adella -Love it.
Alana -Not my style, but has potential
Ariel -Love it

I love all the names! That doesn't mean I'd use all of them, but I think they're all pretty. They fit mermaids perfectly! Also, I love Athena (Ariel's mother's name in Ariel's Beginning) and Melody (Ariel's daughter).

Aquata -Again...no.
Andrina - It's fine but not something I would go for.
Arista -I actually like this name. It means harvest in Latin. A name for someone born as a Virgo.
Adella -No.
Alana -Of course, I love the name. I can tell my fiance's daughter she is named after a mermaid! She will love it! LOL
Ariel -I like Ariel in general. I wouldn't name my daughter that for this reason.

I'm a bit of a Disney freak..

My mum even used to call me minnie mouse (I'm short and it fit with Yas'mine'.. I guess it sort of stuck! Funny though how she was going to call me Melody.


I agree, that they all work perfectly for mermaids, though i wouldnt use the names myself.

Erik is cute. But omgee... have you seen the Broadway one. My drama club went this year, and it was amazing.

Sierra Boggess was amazing, and Prince Eric was a cutie

Yeah, but the guy Drew Seeley (he was the one that voiced Troy Bolton in HSM) he's the new Prince Eric.

Except my Aunt Serena named Eric after the Phantom of the Opera Erik.

Attina is okay, should be Idina though.

What is said, is that in a few generations, kids wont grow up with the Little Mermaid and Cinderella.
I was watching Sleeping Beauty (one of my faves) with my little 3 year old cousin and she said, that is bad picture quality!
