I think the people that are saying rude things like it's "horrific" are incredibly rude!
Names are names, the only reason why Ashley is a girls name now is because so many people named their baby girls a BOY name one day. It used to be souly a BOYS name. Now, most people cringe at a boy named Ashley.
Renee is the same way! That was BOYS name and now I have only met ONE boy with this as a middle name. He was teased when everyone found out because they said he had a girls name.
Dylan is fine on a girl and Dyllynn Dillyn Dylynnnnenen just make it look rediculous.
Dylan is fine the way it is
Dillan
Dillon
Dylann
Dylynn(I like the idea of Lynn at the end but the double y does look strange)
Arent too bad if you want a different spelling, but dont butcher it.
There is no reason why girls cant be Tyler, Ryan, Dylan and Evan. Instead of Tylar Ryanne Dylynn and Evenne.
There is also no reaosn why boys cant be Ashley, Renee, Sascha and Paige instead of Asher, Remy, Alexander and Payge.
If you like a name, use it. Chances are people are going to be more accustomed to it if you're not bothered or phased by the fact it's a *boys* name or a *girls* name.
What I WOULD do though, is give her a more feminine middle name in case she is bothered by her first name being thought of as more of a masculine name.
Dylan Rose
Dylan Breanne
Dylan Elizabeth

I would refrain from naming your daughter Dylan, as it is a Welsh boys name. However if you are determined to name your child this there is no female way of spelling Dylan / Dillon.
Perhaps Leighann or Leanne? It's close to Dylan. Or maybe Dillian (de - lee - ann)
