I've never liked Isabel (or other spelling variations I don't know why...I just don't, but, Isby is different than the usual Izzy (though I LOVE Izzy, I just don't like it for Isabel). Esther is pretty, just nms. Esté is cute. Overall, it makes a nice sibset

If Ainsley is a boy, yes; handsome next to Natasha. If Ainsley is a girl, no; one name would be very elegant and the other very trendy.

Lillian is one of my favourite names, and it goes well with Helena.
I'd probably use Lily and Lena as their nicknames.
