Jess did you know that Kirk Cameron had his wife wear a wig for the kissing scene of this movie? He made a promise to his wife that his lips would only ever belong to her. I haven't seen it yet but I am going to watch it this weekend. Also, that movie based on a book by Pastor T.D. Jakes is still in theaters (can't remember what its called) staring the beautiful Morris Chestnut. Also, in April, don't forget to check out the Arthur Blessitt story! Its a documentary about an evangelist that has walked the span of the globe and spread the love of God to every country. It is important that we support our Christian movies so that they will continue to heal a lost and dying world....Thanks for mentioning Fireproof, Jess. P.S. Fireproof is the name of the youth group at our church, Faith Alive. You can check us out at FAMchurch.net....I am in the choirCamilla Von

Yeah, I did hear that about Kirk's wife. I heard too that he didn't want to set a poor example for his kids by kissing another woman just because his career needed him to. I think it's very honorable. I also love how all of the actors/actresses in the movie volunteered to be in it and it's SOOOOO successful! Just goes to show Hollywood that God will bless!
I love the movie because, it is bible based, but even if you're not into biblical ways, you can still learn SO much from the movie! Divorce has become so acceptable and I truly hope that this movie inspires people to work hard in their marriage. It will certainly pay off! =)
