Esme Katherine Rhodes (16) is dating Adam. She is quite popular and doesn't care much for Adam, though he thinks she does. She jumps around from guy to guy, calling it quits when the commitment is too much. She has a natural resentment of men as her own abusive father walked out on the family when she was nine, after he had done major damage to the family, physically and psychologically. She is terrified that if she marries and has a child her kid will have to go through what she did.

Gabrielle Renee Rhodes [38] is the mother of Esme. She got married to suppossedly the man of her dreams. He was kind and carinfg and she believed the words "I love you" when they came out of his mouth. When she got pregnant, he got excited. when he found out it was a boy he shunned her. When the baby was born, Esme, Gabrielle was beat for bearing a little girl rather than a little boy. After nine years of abuse, her husband left them. Gabrielle only had one child, Esme and loves her alot.

Jason Kyle Campbell (34) is Gabrielle's brother. He lives quite close to them and figured out what was happening and the toll it was taking on both his sister and niece. Yet he wasn't strong enough to go in and stop it. He is a bit depressed because he wasn't able to rescue them, he leg them endure that pain. Jason doesn't go out much anymore and just broke up with his girlfriend. He used to love camping and climbing.

Henley Adair Campbell {3} is the daughter of Jason Campbell (with his ex-girlfriend), the niece of Gabrielle, and the cousin of Esme. Henley doesn't understand why her daddy is sad all the time,

Aspen Moira Fleming {30} is the ex-girlfriend of Jason and the mother of Henley. She broke up with Jason after enduring his sullenness for several years. She repeatedly tried to help him, but Jason was too guilt-ridden over his sister's situation to get the help he needed. Aspen would like to get back together with Jason, especially since she feels like it would be best for Henley.

Delia Kathryn Montgomery (25) is Aspen Fleming's little sister. Delia loves singing and has since she was a little girl. She just got married to her high school sweetheart, a man who loves singing as much as she does. They perform duets together all the time. She's a big hipster, wears Ray Bans and is always finding cool things to do with her clothes. She adores Henley and wants kids of her own. She hasn't told her husband yet, but she is pregnant.

Spencer Jackson Montgomery (25) is Delia's husband. He's a big hipster like her, and he loves playing music at small clubs and coffee houses. Spencer just got a good job with an independent record label, and with the money he's making now, he's confident that he and Delia have enough money to start a family of their own.

Ryan Matthew Montgomery (19) is Spencer's little brother. He is also a hipster and dances. He loves break dancing and experienced a huge burst of popularity when he danced at the pep rally last week. Ryan loves writing poetry and was bullied for being so girly. He has gotten past that and has a girlfriend.

Markie Ellen Turner {20} is the girlfriend of Ryan Montgomery. She is very self-confident and likes to be in control. She loves dance as well, though prefers ballet to the faster kinds. She and Ryan met at her aunt's dance studio. Markie loves hearing her boyfriends poetry, and she wishes she could write like him.

Mills Caroline Turner (13) is Markie's little cousin. Mills is a ballet prodigy. She loves dancing at her mother's studio, though she's not very close with her mom. She wants to attend an arts school in New York and her mother is very supportive, almost too supportive. It's like she's trying to lives through her daughter. Mills feels way too much pressure and never gets to hang out with her friends.

Poppy Annette Turner [15] is the older sister of Mills. She was the oldest child, and the first one to do ballet. Her mother registered to dance at age 2. Every day she would dance, and her mother would push her, and push her until the balls of her feet were red. She isn't such of a natural dancer like her younger sister, and had to work at it. she received mmuch verbal abuse from her mother who set expectations to be perfect. Poppy at age 14 finally quit, and became more distant from her mom. They barely even talk anymore. She doesn't hang out too much with Mills, since all she talks about is ballet. Poppy has gotten back into dance, but in hip hop. Her mother thinks of her like a street rat and hates it whenever she tries to teach her younger sister to dance in that manner.

Shay Nicole Remus {17} is the best friend of Poppy Turner. Though Shay is a couple years older, she likes Poppy's attitude. They both dance together. Shay grew up in the foster system, and at the age of 16 chose to be emancipated. She now lives on her own and takes complete care of herself.

Dean Turner Remus-Harrington [2] is Shay's son with her ex-boyfriend. When Shay was fifteen she got pregnant by her boyfriend who was in his early-twenties. It was then when she realized he wasn't the best of guys as he then informed her that he had five other children from four different mothers. However, Shay wanted her child and Dean was a major reason for her emancipation. His middle name is after his mother's best friend, Poppy Turner. Dean is a happy go lucky kid and thankfully very easy to take care of for Shay. Dean's parents share joint custody of him, but his father is sometimes a little negligent and instead goes out leaving Dean with his wealthy parents, who're at a loss on how to control their son and stop him from having any more kids before he settles down and gets married to what they hope will be a respectable woman. Though, in truth, they do love each of their grandchildren and Dean adores his grandparents.

Blayze Ann Harrington {2} is the half-sister of Dean Remus-Harrington. Her father somehow ended up with sole custody of her, the only time she was with her mom was the day she was born. She is being raised mostly by her "Gramma" and "Grampa" because her dad is careless. She is only two weeks older than her half-brother Dean.

Rosamond Arielle Eloise Harrington & Broderick Arnold Edward Harrington [5] are the older half-brother and half-sister of Dean Remus-Harrington and Blayze Harrington. The twins birth was one which caused quite a lot of strain. Their mother, just as their father, is from a high society family who were ashamed of their daughter's pregnancy and tried to strong arm her into an abortion, but she just wouldn't do it. So, as a compromise, their mother gave them up. She was shipped down south where Rosamond and Broderick were born, then signed over full custody to their father. Though, similarly to Blayze, they're mostly raised by their grandparents, who named them, since they disproved of their son's name choices of Nahla and Diezel. Needless to say, they didn't win out on Blayze's first name. Rosamond herself is a very shy girl and she rarely talks, she adores tea parties and dressing up with her grandmother, she isn't at all fond of Blayze as she thinks she takes away her attention. Broderick on the other hand is loud and playful, very active and energetic. He's much like his father was as a child which worries his grandparents. Neither twin has ever met their mother. Both twins have recently started to attend a super expensive private school.

Rowan Grady Sayer {5} is Rosamond and Broderick's best friend and next-door neighbor. He is more playful like Broderick, but still pretty quiet like Rosamond. He loves to draw pictures with his mom and play football with his dad.

Alexandra Rose Harrington (nee Waldorf) [58] and Edward Benedict Lawrence Harrington [62] are the grandmother and grandfather of Rosamond Harrington, Broderick Harrington, Blayze Harrington, Dean Remus-Harrington, two other grandchildren from their younger son and then three grandchildren from their elder son. They approve of Rowan Sayer's friendship with their grandchildren as he comes from a nice, wealthy and cultured family. Alexandra and Edward both come from well off families themselves, Edward is a Lawyer and Alexandra is a stay-at-home mother/grandmother. In addition to Rosamond, Broderick, Blayze and Dean's father, they have one much older son in his mid-thirties. The reason why Alexandra and Edward let their younger son get away with so much is that he is their "miracle baby" after having a hard birth with her first son, Alexandra was told she could never have another child which devastated her, then ten plus years later after years of trying and struggle, and after giving up hope they had their youngest son. He was premature and struggled, but in the end he thrived and reached milestones while being spoiled rotten by his parents who now see the error in their ways and feel mighty guilty. They do adore all their grandchildren, but wish their son would be reasonable and settle down with a nice girl from a socially acceptable family like their elder son did. Recently, Edward and Alexandra have been trying to pressure and get Shay Remus to sign over custody of their grandson Dean as they do not consider her fit to be the mother of their grandchild. They actually did the same thing to Blayze's mother before she was born and she gave in, giving up her daughter to the Harrington family in exchange for a lump some of money. Overall, Alexandra and Edward just want to work this all out and stop their family name from being ruined by their youngest son's actions, as well as make sure their grandchildren grow up in what they consider to be an acceptable home.

Christopher John Edward Harrington [25] is the son of Alexandra and Edward Harrington and the father of Rosamond, Broderick, Blayze, and Dean, and two other children. He has stressed out his parents for years with his irresponsible actions, but it is partially their fault since they spoiled him so much when he was younger. Chris is a really good-looking guy, and he knows it. He is always in a relationship with someone, but none of his relationships have ever been serious, and unfortunately, they always seem to result in children. He resents his older brother for being the "perfect" son, and goes out of his way to be nothing like him. He just found out that his current girlfriend is pregnant.

Lawrence Jonathan Christopher Harrington [7] is the eldest child of Christopher Harrington, the half-brother of Rosamond, Broderick, Blayze, Dean, one other sibling and now, of another soon-to-be born younger half-sibling. Just as with Blayze's mother, his own was coerced by his grandparents into giving custody of Law up to his father, after a few months past his birth she started to drugs, essentially selling her three-month old son away for drug money. His birth name had been Zayden Orion Harrington-Brenner, but his grandparents had it legally changed after his mother signed away her custody. They feel right in the choice, as only a year and a half-ago Law's mother died from an overdose, though, he doesn't know it and he'll never know. Just like nearly all of his siblings, Law looks nearly identical to his birth mother, as that is his father's type. Blonde hair, blue eyes and usually troubled or in a rebellious phase. Lawrence is a very well behaved, mild mannered child. Though, he does tend to get upset when his father is around, because he typically leaves soon after. Law wants nothing more than to spend time with his father.

Jessica Taylor Brenner (22) is Law's aunt via his mother. Jessica wants to reconnect with her nephew, but Alexandra and Edward keeping turning down her requests. Jessica was devastated when her sister died. She and her sister were best friends and did everything together. She looked up to her so much and tried to help her when the loss of their mother led her to turn to drugs. She absolutely loathes Christopher Harrington as her sister's overdose was intentional.
