Eliot Maya Smith (10) the youngest of the smith family with a large family of ages from 10-22. She was named after T.S Eliot and Maya Angelou. She has always braced her name and often goes by Ellie. She loves to write her own songs but is always too shy to perform them in front of people.

Hardy Gwendolyn [Smith] Wellspring {22} is the eldest of the Smith children, older sister to Kerouac, Eliot, and the other kids. She got her name from Thomas Hardy and Gwendolyn Brooks and doesn't mind it. She got married two months ago to her high school sweetheart, a nice guy from her same hometown. Hardy lives in Hawaii and is a travel agent. She loves her job and loves living near the beach.

Corbett Todd Wellspring [24] is the husband of Hardy, they met in high school and attended the same college, he works as a third grade teacher at a private academy - where his older sister is principal - in Hawaii, Corbett loves teaching and surfing second only to his love of Hardy. He's been thinking of talking to her about starting a family soon. Corbett comes from a medium sized family, he has tree older brothers and one older sister aged 40, 38, 35 and 33. He has ten nieces and nephews from them all. Corbett was a surprise baby, but he honestly doesn't mind and loved growing up with older siblings.

Mary-Oliver Easton Wellspring {15} and Lydia Easton Wellspring {15} are twin nieces of Hardy and Corbett Wellspring. They are the oldes of Corbett's nieces and nephews. They, along with their little brother and parents, live in Fuertaventura, Spain. They moved here two years ago for their fathers job and they absolutely love it. They enjoy getting to go the beach everyday, and also sitting at cafes enjoying Spanish culture. The twins are best friends, and they get along well with their little brother, too. They don't get to see their cousins and aunts and uncles much, but they love when they can. Mary-Oliver is dating a sweet Spanish boy who lives next door to the Wellsprings. Lydia is single and likes it that way, seeing as she just got out of a long-distance relationship last year with a boy back home.

Alvaro Agustin Bermuda (15) is the nice spanish boy that Mary-Oliver is dating. He is the oldest in his large spanish family and has been good friends with Mary-Oliver for a year now. In the beginning of summer he asked her to go steady. Alvaro is a genuine person and Mary-Oliver is his first girlfriend. He loves his family and enjoys art. He wants to become an artist but his father wants him to take over the family business.

Evelia Juliana Bermuda {2 mos} is the cousin of Alvaro. She is a sweet baby who hardly ever cries. She is the youngest of four children, and her older siblings all dote on her, as do her parents.

Anabella Pedra "Ana" Bermuda {5} is the second oldest sibling of Evelia Bermuda, cousin of Alvaro Bermuda. She has one sibling who is older than her, a boy. Ana is quiet and pensive, always doing thoughtful things for other people and figuring out problems for herself. She is quite the logician for her age.

 

Gracia Therese Bermuda {2} is the youngest older sibling of Evelia. She absolutely loves her baby sister, it is like a living breathing doll for her to take care of. Gracia is very snuggly and is close with both of her parents; she always wants to be with them and helping them.

Linnea Matilda Nilsson [21] is a the Au Pair for the Bermuda family and takes care of Ana, Gracia, Evelia and their older brother who is six years old. Linnea is originally from Sweden and completed a degree their in child care and enjoys traveling, her older brother [30],and only sibling works for the Bermuda family in their family business which is how Linnea ended up working for the Bermuda family. For the past few months Linnea has been having an affair with Mister Bermuda and last week she found out she is pregnant and she's unsure what to do and informed Mister Bermuda just the other day.

Adam Cristian Bermuda {40} is the father of Ana, Gracia, Evelia, and an older son. He has been sleeping with his attractive nanny, Linnea Nilsson. Adam is a professor at a local university and wanted to prove that he could still "get with" college girls to some of his colleagues. Only with Linnea, it became something more. His wife is suspicious of something, but hasn't caught him yet. Adam was an only child and had a troubling home life growing up. His father was an alcoholic and a perpetual cheater, and his mom always took it. One could posit that Adam's need to seek attention from women outside of marriage came from the way he grew up, but Adam knows that even if that is true it can't be an excuse. He feels guilty, but doesn't want to stop.

Estefania Camil Garcia-Bermuda [34] is the wife of Mister Bermuda, Adam. Her parents arranged her a mariage with Mister Bermuda becasue of his riches but she never minded it. She grew up in a large family as the oldest and in poverty. She just wants whats best for  her children. Estefania loves singing and enjoys playing the harp and cooking for her family. She adores Linnea and thinks very fondly of her and has seen her show signs of morning sickness and claiming it is a stomach bug. She just doesn't know the father is her husband.

Coletta Latisha "CeCe" [Garcia] Chago {28} is the sister of Estefania Bermuda, aunt to Ana, Gracia, and Evelia. She is married to a much older man for the same reason as her sister: money. However, she truly loves her husband and their relationship is great. They have only one child: a brand new baby girl. She is her momma's whole world and she has her daddy wrapped around her tiny little fingers.

Lena Berenice Chago [newborn] is the newborn baby girl of Cece and her husband. This bundel of joy loves to sleep most of the day ad such a blessinto their home. She smiles at the sound of her mama's voice and has a peculiar liking to opera music.

Marisol Palomina Luiz {22} is the nanny for the Chago family. Although not much younger than CeCe Chago, Marisol is much less far along in life. When CeCe was Mare's age, she was already married. Marisol is single and likes it that way. She goes on dates with guys every now and then, but it is always casual.

Cristian Juan Bermuda [14] is the oldest child of Adam and Estefania Bermuda, the older brother of Ana, Gracia, Evelia and the the baby his sisters' nanny, Linnea, is pregnant with at the moment. Cristian knows about his father's infidelity, but says nothing about it as his Father made him promise not to do so. Cristian has no aunts or uncles from his father's side, but on his mother's side he has four aunts and two uncles ranging from age 33-24 from his mother at the oldest 34 then, Aunt ____, Aunt ___, Uncle ___, Aunt CeCe [28],  Aunt ___ and Uncle ___. Cristian is the oldest of his many cousins and the youngest is Lena Chago. Due to the uncomfortable nature of his parents marriage Cristian spends a lot of time at his Aunt CeCe's house and has developed a crush on Marisol, as he is quite adept with the guitar he's been working on a song to sing to professor his love to her.

Beatriz Amalia Perez {2} is the cousin of Cristian, Ana, Gracia, and Evelia, and the niece of of Adam and Estefania. Beatriz is a happy little girl who loves spending time out on the ocean on her family's yacht. She is quite shy around new people, but it doesn't take long for her to open up and start chatting about anything and everything she can think of. Beatriz is the youngest child in her family, but is hoping to be a big sister in the near future.

Silvia Delphine Perez (nee Garcia) [27] is the mother of Beatriz [2] as well as another daughter, aged four. She, like her sisters married for money and not for love at all. She's fine with it as long as her husband, a man ten years her senior,  keeps his affairs discreet. She's expecting her third child, a little boy, she hasn't told her daughters just yet but intends to soon- and plans to stop having children after that having given her husband the son he wanted ensuring her marriage in her own eyes. Silvia is the aunt to Cristian [14], Ana [5], Gracia [2], Evelia [2mo] and Lena [0], as well as other nieces and nephews. Her and her siblings range in ages from 34-24 - Estefania [34], Sister [33], Sister [31], Brother [30], CeCe [28], Herself [27] and Brother [24].

Ximena Silvia Perez {4} is the daughter of Silvia, older sister of Beatriz, cousin of Cristian, Ana, Gracia, Evelia, and Lena, and niece of Adam and Estefania and CeCe. Ximena is loud and outgoing and loves to dance. She has a hard time listening to rules and often gets in trouble for not paying attention and doing something dangerous.

Leanne Li Bao Zhen {29} is the best friend of Silvia Perez. Leanne and her husband are quite wealthy. They have a six year old son, a two year old daughter, and just found out that they are pregnant with their third. Leanne does not work, she stays at home with the kids and enjoys it very much. She and her family met the Perez family through a local mom's group. Leanne's husband is faithful to her, but is a workaholic so she understands marriage struggles.

 

Alice Bailey Mai Zhen {2} is the daughter of Leanne Zhen and friend of Beatriz and Ximena Perez. She is a quiet and curious little girl who is always up to something or getting into something.

Alexander Chin-Hwa Zhen [35] is the husband of Leanne Zhen, the father of their six year old son, Alice and their expected third baby. Alexander loves his wife very much, since his job transfer a year ago from California to Spain, he's been very, very busy with work and has little time to be at home with his wife or his kids which frustrates him, but having come from two hard working immigrant parents - one from China and one from South Korea - Alexander as a first generation American feels a strong pull to live up to his middle name and be most wealthy. Alexander is glad Leanne has been making friends since the move, though he worries Ximena might be a bad influence on the kids since she's always acting out. He's also quite good friends with Mister Perez and has no idea the man cheats on his wife.

Alfred Jin Zhen {6} is the son of Alexander and Leanne Zhen, big brother of Alice. He loves to play outside and be in nature. He is always catching some sort of creature. He is a good big brother, but sometimes finds Alice annoying. He really hopes that the new baby is a boy. Alfred likes to play with Ximena Perez, but knows that his dad does not like it. Alfred misses his dad when he is always at work, but he is a momma's boy.
