Ebony Kara Bryant [16] is the cousin of Chase and Slater via their father's sister. Ebony's mother had her when she was only sixteen and her father left them. A couple of years later Ebony's mother met a "wonderful" guy and they got married and had twins. that "wonderful" guy ended up being violent and wounding her mother many times. Her mother hopped from guy to guy partying and has finally settled with the one.  Ever since her mother's circumstance has affected Ebony greatly. She got her tattoo on her arm when she was twelve when that "wonderful" man took her. She got it in honor of her grandmother that passed away. Despite growing up in a broken home , she has grown tough exterior has become one of the starters on the basketball team. she hopes to get a scholarship and cannot wait to leave home.

Landry Hunter Bryant {16} is the twin brother of Ebony Bryant, cousin of Chase and Slater Dryden. Landry ran away from home at the age of 10 because he just couldn't take it anymore. His mom's new boyfriend was incredibly abusive to Landry and still her mom wouldn't leave him. Away from home, Landry got in with bad crowd. At 12, he started committing petty crimes. He got into trouble with the law and they agreed to let him go live with an uncle he didn't really even know on a farm in Iowa. He was happy there for a couple years, but he was sent back to his mother and father where he was again continuously abused. He ran away from home yet again and got caught up with the same street gang. He was caught stealing hubcaps off a car and was sent to a boys home where he now lives. He is planning on moving out of the home in just a few months, he is getting a job at a golf resort in Southern California, they already offered him the position to give him and a few other boys a second chance at life. Upon turning 18, he plans to join the military.

Kamryn Elise & Karsyn Emily Petruth [13] are the tounger half sisters of Ebony and Landry. They just like their mother have been dating since the fourth grade. Their upbringing has been mostly with their aunt due to her troubled mothers life. Kamryn and Karsyn both play volleyball.

Cody Evan Romano (13) is Kamryn's current boyfriend of three months.  He is actually a very sweet and caring boy.  He cares a lot about Kamryn and is understanding of her difficult family situation.  He is also good friends with Karsyn.  Cody plays soccer and is treasurer of Science Club at school.  He wants to be either a professional soccer player or a geneticist when he grows up.

Mia Hartley Romano {10} is Cody's only sibling. She is pretty serious and mature for her age. She enjoys decorating her room (and helping her friends decorate their rooms). Her favorite activity, though, is riding her bike. She rides it everywhere. Cody and Mia have never been very close, but they get along alright. When Mia grows up, she wants to be a surgeon.

Melissa Julia Romano (nee Hartley) [43] is the mother of Cody and Mia Romano. Melissa's children are her pride and joy, and she would do most anything for them which is why she and her husband send both Mia and Cody to private school, have done things like sign Cody up for Soccer and Mia for Tennis teams as well as private lessons which is why she doesn't like that Cody is dating Kamryn, she worries Kamryn will get Cody into trouble in school. They were also was tickled pink when Cody became part of the science club as both Melissa and her husband are in the medical field. Melissa is a Neonatal Nurse and Mister Romano is a Cardiologist . Recently, Melissa has been thinking of signing Mia up for an after school art class since she's noticed Mia's love for decorating. Melissa has been married to Mister Romano for fifteen years, but before that she was in an abusive relationship since high school and married said man, back then her name had been Jennifer Bonnie Ramsay, however, Melissa fled one night when she was twenty-six years old and started a new life, her biggest regret though was abandoning her two sons - ages four and three respectively - with her abusive ex-husband, though she knew they would be safe and cared for as her ex had never been abusive with them and his family was quite well off. Melissa has never told her husband, nor Mia or Cody, about her ex or her sons who would be nineteen and eighteen respectively. As of lately, Melissa has been thinking of trying to find them, or at least what they are doing with their lives, as she is a much stronger woman now, and knows she would never tolerate her exes abuse anymore.

Jeffrey Thomas [19] & Owen Kenneth [18] Hartley : are the two sons that Melissa left behind with her ex. Immediately after their mother left their father remarried. And their father tried to erase Melissa out of their lives, which didnt work. When they asked about her he said that she had died from cancer. They grew up with a nice stepmom and have to younger half siblings. Jeffrey is studying bio science and Owen is planning to study mUsic education.

Emily Aqua Ramsay {7} is the youngest half sibling of Jeffrey and Owen Hartley, she has one older full-blood sibling. She is a very optimistic person, she is always smiling and making everyone around her smile. She's a little shy, but not too much so. She loves spending time at school with her friends, and she absolutely adores her teacher.

Sara Jade Ramsay [11] is the older full blood sibling of Emily. Sara loves sports and is into basketball, and cross country. She is a bit more on the shy side but isn't afraid to speak her mind.

Cecelia Marie Drew Lexham {11} is the schoolmate and best friend of Sara Ramsay. She is very outgoing and loves making new friends. She and Sara got along perfectly from the get-go, Sara doesn't do much talking and Cecelia does quite a lot. The Lexham family lives a very privileged life; Cecelia's father was a wealthy businessman-turned-politician, he is now the well-like governor for the state of Pennsylvania. Cecelia has two older sibling and two younger siblings, all of them share similar interests and get along very well. People call the Lexham's Pennsylvania's Picture Perfect Family. She was given the name Cecelia to honor her late grandmother, and Marie as it's the name of her grandmother on the other side of the family. Drew honors Cecelia's father, Andrew.

Sophia "Sophie" Hadley Mae & Samuel "Sam" Hunter Jack Lexham [7] are the younger siblings of Cecilia. Sophie enjoys doing ballet and is equally the chatterbox as her sister. Sam enjoys playing baseball with his older brother. They both love school and their favorite class is math.

Lorraine Audrey Ash Lexham {13} is the eldest girl in the Lexham family, big sister to Cecilia, Sophie, and Sam Lexham. She has one older brother. Lorraine is far from a wallflower, though more on the quiet side than either of her sisters. She is sophisticated and tends to befriend an older crowd. She loves math, she wants to teach it when she grows up. Well, that or edit a fashion magazine. She grew up doing ballet and now volunteer teaches it for toddlers in a less privileged part of town.

Theodore "Theo" Wyatt Lee Lexham [17] is the oldest of the Lexham siblings: Lorraine, Cecilia, Samuel and Sophia. Unlike most of his siblings he dislikes mathmatics with a passion and prefers english literature instead. He reads a lot of shakespeare, and Lord Byron poems as a hobby. He is very outgoing but when it comes to speaking to a girl he likes he becomes tongue tied and very shy.

Kevin Bradley Murdoch (17) is Theo's best friend of ten years.  He comes from a modest background, his mom having died when he was young, and his dad being a bartender and wanna-be musician.  Kevin and Theo's friendship has thrived in spite of the obvious discrepancies between their economic backgrounds.  Theo helps Kevin stay focused on school, even though his dream job as a comic book illustrator doesn't require a degree.  And Kevin encourages Theo to come of out his shell, whether that entails publishing his own poems in the school paper or asking a girl he likes on a date.

Monica "Mona" Sage Drew [17] is neat friends with Theo and Kevin since she moved from Arkansas in the seventh grade. She loves to go hiking and aspires to develop her own clothing line. Despite what may seem to be very girly she is down to earth and loves to eat out with her friends. She has an older brother, and an adopted younger sister.

Annalisa "Lisa" Bay Drew [12] is the younger adopted sister of Mona Drew and an older brother. Lisa was born in South Korea, and was adopted by the Drew family as an infant. She has always fit in with her parents and older siblings and never felt like she was different from them. However, she has recently become very interested in her birth country and has started reading everything she can about South Korea. Lisa also loved animals, particularly her pet husky Gracie.

Christian Lake Drew [ 21] is the older brother of Monica (biological) and Analisa. Christian is pretty easy going and is currently finishing up a degree in business, and an architect degree. He is loves his sisters and would do anything in the world for them.

Evelyn Roxie Card {21} is the girlfriend of Christian Drew. She just completed a degree in political science, she wants to be a lawyer. She was admitted into Vanderbilt law school and is so excited, but Christian really doesn't want her to move so far away. She also doesn't want to keep up a long distance relationship, so she feels she has to break it off with Christian, though she's been with him for two years. She's enjoyed every moment with him, he is so smart and sweet. But she just feels he isn't the one, fate is getting in the way and they don't want to fight it. Evelyn is an only child and she likes it that way. She has never liked kids, she has none of her own and doesn't want any in the future.

Stefani Gwen Card [26] is the cousin of Evelyn via Evelyn's father's brother. Stefani's father had gone down the wrong road and was a drug addict for a long time. Stefani never knew who her mother was and still doesn't know. Her father named her after his fantasy wife : Gwen Stefani. Stefani moved out when she was 18 and ever since her dad has been in prison and she graduated with a masters degree in animal behaviorism. She studies, and takes photography of animals all over the world and writes articles for her companys  worldwide magazine. She currentlly is in Alaska studying the caribou.

Jacqueline Skyla 'Jax' Greer {5} is the half-sister of Evelyn via her father, cousin of Evelyn. She has never met her father, and he doesn't even know of her existence. After he got Jax's mother pregnant, he skipped town without even leaving a way for her to contact him. As her mom's firstborn, she is loved and treated well. She is spoiled by her grandparents and is always wearing something nice. She loves meeting new people and is a very happy little girl. She doesn't notice the lack of her father in her life as she's never known anything different.
