Neil Trevor Peters {29} is the older brother of Yvonne Bennett, the brother-in-law to Oscar, and the uncle to Fletcher. Yvonne is his only sibling, but they are not close. Neil is a high school history teacher. He is a loving dad and husband.

 

Johanna Marin Peters {29} is the wife of Neil Peters. They married young, when they were both twenty. She loves her family and being a mother. She works as a receptionist at an accounting firm and doesn't mind her job because it is minimal hours and she gets to spend lots of time with her kids. Johanna has a younger sister and a twin brother.

 

Ayla Marin Peters {7} is the eldest of the Peters kids. She enjoys dance and painting.

Zeus Trevor  Peters {5} is the middle of the Peters kids. He is a rough boy and loves to play sports.

Jessica Willow Hartley (27) is the younger sister of Johanna, sister-in-law of Neil, and aunt of Ayla, Zeus, and Huck. She is a mother of three children, two boys and one girl. She has been married to her husband for three years, but they have been together for ten. Jessica works at a charity that supports parents with disabled children, and really enjoys her job.

 

Jack Alexander Hartley (28) is the husband of Jessica, brother-in-law of Johanna, and uncle of Ayla, Zeus, and Huck. Jack works as an accountant at a big firm in the city, and while he doesn't love his job as much as Jessica does, he doesn't dislike it. He absolutely adores being a dad to his three children, and hopes that he and Jessica will have a few more in the future.

 

Justus Alexander Hartley (6) is the son of Jack and Jessica, nephew of Johanna and Neil, and cousin of Ayla, Zeus, and Huck. Justus is a very energetic little boy, who loves to be outside and running around. He also likes anything artistic, and is quite talented with paint.

 

Jaeger William Hartley (5) is the younger brother of Justus, son of Jack and Jessica, nephew of Johanna and Neil, and cousin of Ayla, Zeus, and Huck. He is also quite energetic, but prefers swimming or playing football (soccer) with his dad.

 

Jojo Eloise Hartley (3) is the younger sister of Justus and Jaeger, daughter of Jack and Jessica, niece of Johanna and Neil, and cousin of Ayla, Zeus, and Huck. Jojo loves to dance, and has started taking ballet lessons recently. She is also a big animal lover, and has been begging her parents to get a dog for a few months now.

Greer Madeleine Esme Fairbanks {3} is in Jojo Hartley's ballet class. She is the youngest of four kids, the other three aged 5-10. Greer is very girly, she loves ballet and all kinds of dancing, she loves baking and making treats, she loves picking flowers, and she loves to paint and do crafts. She is a daddy's girl, but is also close with her mom. Their family owns a bakery, and Greer loves to help out in it with her older siblings.

Quinn Alexandra Juliet Fairbanks (5): Quinn is the older sister of Greer she loves her siblings but is closest with her older brother. She loves swimming and playing outside especially climbing trees, and she loves animals and really wants a pet bunny. She enjoys helping out at the bakery because her whole family does it together and she often spends time with Greer and her brother pretending to bake dishes of their own out of the grass and leaves they gather in the backyard.

Wyatt Xavier Luke Fairbanks [8] is the older brother of Quinn and Greer. Despite the 3 year difference of age between him and Quinn they are the bestest of friends. He is protective of his sisters and enjoys dancing ballet with his younger sister aswell. He gets teased at school for dancing ballet which results in lack of friends but he stands strong.

Sterling Whitaker Randolph {6} is the quiet little neighbor boy to the Fairbanks family. Because he is so shy, he doesn't have many friends. He does, however, have a blossoming friendship with the two years older Wyatt Fairbanks. He also has a bit of a crush on Miss outgoing Quinn Fairbanks, but he is far too shy to "make a move" on her. Sterling's favorite activities involve trekking around the woodsy area behind his house and exploring. He likes pretending like he is a knight or an explorer or on the run from something dangerous. As an only child, he has quite the imagination. His mom and dad are very nice people, happily married to each other. However, neither of them ever really wanted kids and although they provide very well for Sterling, their parenting style is a little bit detached. He is their one and only child and they call him their "Sterling Surprise"

Sabine Morgan Randolph (30) is the mother of Sterling. She got married fresh out of college but never agined being called mom. She is a lawyer and always in and out of the house. She has a nanny for Sterling sometimes but often times lets him go over to the neighbors home.

Jeffrey Daniel Randolph (31) father of sterling and husband to Sabine. They were college sweethearts and they always dreamed of traveling the world together but plans were a bit hindered. But nevertheless he loves his little boy just is not too sure how to parent him. He is a sucessful author.

Miranda Elizabeth Harmond (Nee Randolph) (35): Miranda is the Older sister of Jeffrey Randolph and the Aunt of Sterling, She loves her sweet little nephew and wishes she could spend more time with him but unfortunately lives out of state. She brings her son Luca up to visit as often as she can and hopes that the cousins will develop a close relationship despite the distance. Miranda and her brother were never particularly close growing up but now that they have sons of similar age they often call each other  for advice and opinions. Miranda works as the manager of a rock climbing facility and enjoys her job greatly and loves bringing Luca along and showing him how to climb the children's walls.

Luca Randolph Harmond (4): Luca is an energetic boy who loves to run and play his favorite things are gymnastics and rock climbing even though he hasn't been learning them for very long. Luca is wild and outgoing with his family but tends to be quiet with anyone he doesn't know very well. He loves going to visit his cousin Sterling because Sterling always takes him on the best adventures. Luca spends a lot of time with his mother because his dad works a lot but whenever his dad is around he is attached to his hip and he wants to grow up to be just like his dad.

Wednesday Marie Sampson {4} is the best friend of Luca Harmond. She has only two siblings, one of which lives in her mommy's tummy and the other is ten and far "too cool" to hang out with her. She cannot wait to be a big sister, but until then Chet the cat will do just fine as her playmate and doll. Wednesday is wildly outgoing and friendly, maybe to a fault. Even to strangers, she could talk for hours. She loves to dance, but nothing so slow as ballet. She enjoys doing gymnastics, which is how she met Luca.

Violet Anne Sampson [10[ is the older sister of Wednesday. She also has a cat whom happens to be the mother of the kitten Wednesday has,. The cat follows her around the house and they are real close friends. Violet loves her little sister but sometimes finds her annoying for copying everything she does. She hopes for a little brother. Violet is in gymnastics and dances hip hop.

Kennedy Anne Eloise Schaeffer {10} is a classmate and good friend of Violet Sampson. She comes from a financially well-off family, but a broken home. Her mom and dad divorced two years ago and now her dad is already remarried, and to a significantly younger woman. Kennedy is very optimistic and has handled the changes in her family quite well, but for her younger brother it is a different story. He has begun to lash out, and Kennedy doesn't know what to do to help him. Kennedy also has an older brother whom she is quite close with. There are only 3 kids total in her family.

Vivienne Candice Schaeffer (nee Swanpool) [23] is the new step-mother of Kennedy, an eight year old boy and then a fourteen year old boy, though she isn't much of a mother to them besides giving them gifts and sometimes showing up to events like ballet or a lacrosse game. Vivienne married Mister Schaeffer, who is eighteen years her senior, a year ago after having a three year affair with him while he was married, they met when she was modeling at a fashion show where he was a viewer and have had a whirlwind affair with him since then, while she doesn't really love him she does care greatly for him and is mostly married to him for her image and the strings he can pull for her in the business. Last week she found out she was two-months pregnant and could not be more excited, while she'd like the baby to be a girl, she hopes it will be a boy because she knows it will make her husband happier and give her more security in her marriage.

William Charles Alexander Schaeffer {8} is the younger brother of Kennedy Schaeffer, step-son of Vivienne. He used to be a really happy, imaginative little boy. Now, ever since he caught his dad with Vivienne while he was married to someone else, he has been filled with anger and sadness. He is too young to even realize what he is feeling. He is just upset. The divorce destroyed him even more and now he does things for attention. His mom is too work-focused and his dad is too enthralled with his new wife. William now mostly plays by himself in his room or gets into trouble at school. Even his friends find that he acts much different than he used to.

Alexander "Xander" Charles William Schaeffer Jr. [14] is the oldest child of Alexandr Schaeffer Sr. and his ex-wife, he has a younger sister Kennedy [10] and a younger brother, William [8] and a younger sibling his step-mother is pregnant with currently. Xander looks like his father while Kennedy and William favor their mother more. His mother is very work focused and he and his siblings only spend one weekend with her a month and she's usually on the phone. Instead its spent living with his father, who has little time to spend with him and his stepmother is barely nine years older than him. Xander spends a good time with his younger sister Kennedy, but he avoids his younger brother who always causes trouble. Other than that he does typical rich kid things - he's on the lacrosse team, the basketball team, does fencing, golfs and chills with friends partying here and there.

Silas Timothy Bennett {15} is the best friend of Xander Schaeffer. He grew up travelling around the world with his mother, father, and sister who is two years older than he. Now he lives in Philadelphia, where he met the Schaeffers. He feels sorry for the Schaeffer kids for all that is going on with their parents and he always invites them over to his house so they can escape some of the chaos. Silas is particularly determined on getting through to William, but has yet to be successful.

Lila Katherine Bennett [17] is the older adoptive sister of Silas Bennett, and the adopted daughter of Mister and Misses Bennett. Lila has known since she was little that she was adopted by her parents which means little to her, her adoption is closed and she was adopted from birth. Lila has no desire to find her biological parents as she considers her parents to be her parents and that is it - they raised her, love her and she loves them and her brother, Silas very much. Lila is a cheerleader and is set to go to Brown University in the fall where she will major in Bio-Chemistry, she plans to follow in both her mother and father's footsteps and become a doctor.

Ella Parker Redmund (18): Ella is Lila's best friend they met when they were very little when they both started Chearleading and have been friends ever since.  She loves to read and write and is planning to go to Bucknell University for English and Education. She hopes to become an author after college but thinks she may also teach English or Creative writing. Ella is the oldest child in her family and often gets stuck watching her younger siblings, she knows she is going to miss her family next year but she's excited to be able to go away to school and to branch out and get a little distance from her siblings.

Jessie Rose Redmund {8} is Ella Redmund's youngest sibling. She is very independent and can't figure out why her parents always want Ella to babysit her. Jessie is a well-behaved kid. She enjoys school and wants to be a lawyer when she gets older. Two girls at school she considers to be her best friends. They are all three very nice girls and have been close since kindergarten. They are all three different, but that makes their friendship better.

Andrea 'Andy' Mckenzie Scott [10] is one of the two best friends of Jessie. Andy is the youngest in a family of six older brothers. Her hero is her dad who is in the Air Force and is currently in Korea deployed. She misses her father a lot especially since her mom works full time at the hospital. She was mostly raised by her brothers and loves them to death. She enjoys playing basketball, baseball [softball] and is quite impressive with burping her abc's in the family. She can be cunning, witty and a smart alec which sometimes gets her in trouble at school, but overall a good hearted kid.

Amelia Eve Bellisario {10} is the other best friend of Jessie Redmund and Andy Scott. She is far too smart for her own good and is always scheming something new; she is slightly conniving. She is slick and knows how to talk her way out of just about any situation. She has a little bit of a "bad girl" reputation, but has never done anything seriously bad. Amelia claims she learned from the best, and by that she means her three older siblings (two girls, one boy). She is the youngest child in the family. She is very close to her dad, but sometimes they butt heads because they are so much alike. Amelia gets into too much trouble for her mom to get along with her, so there is some tension.
