That is so exciting! Congrats on the new additions coming soon. I actually have fraternal twin girls, myself, so I know the struggle of finding names that sound nice together, but aren't to close to each other!  :)

Hmmm... These are some names that sound nice with your big kids and also keep the (possibly unintentional) "I, A, E" pattern/theme you have going. Feel free to pair them however you'd like:

Althea

Amara

Annabel or Annabelle

Anya

April

Ariel or Arielle

Athena

Bethany

Bianca

Cara

Carissa

Carys

Cassandra

Catrina or Katrina

Ciara or Kiera

Cicely

Darla

Elise

Eva

Jasmine

Jordana

Kayla

Leandra

Lena

Linnea

Mara

Mavis

Miranda

Nicola

Sara or Sarah

Selena or Selina

Sheena

Thalia

Tillie or Tilly

Valerie

Valencia

Adriel

Andrew

Avery

Blaise

David

Dean

Declan

Elias

Elijah

Eric or Erik

Evan

Ewan

Ezekiel

Gavin

Griffin

Isaac

Isaiah

Jedediah

Jett

Kieran

Leon

Levi

Marcel

Maxim

Micah

Seth

Wyatt

These are some names that do not fit the "pattern/theme", but are worth a shot at suggesting:

Coralie or Coralia

Corinna

Elora

Fiona (actually one of my twins' names, funny enough!)

Julia

Julianna

Laura

Lucy

Lusa

Lydia

Lyra

Meliora

Melira

Melora

Zoe

Antoine

Cassius

Gibson

Henry

Joel

Jonathan

Leonidas

Lincoln

Lucas

Magnus

Nikolai

Noah

Noel

Nolan

Owen

Rowan

Russell

Ryan

Sebastian

Soren

Thaddeus

Titus

Tobias

Wilbur

These are some of my favorite combos using these names:

Ian, Elaina, Alexa, Cara and Nicola

Ian, Elaina, Alexa, Lusa and Zoe

Ian, Elaina, Alexa, Valerie and Lyra

Ian, Elaina, Alexa, Leon and Maxim

Ian, Elaina, Alexa, Gibson and Russell

Ian, Elaina, Alexa, Cassius and Seth

Ian, Elaina, Alexa, Cicely and Gavin

Ian, Elaina, Alexa, Julia and Henry

Ian, Elaina, Alexa, Mara and Ryan

Good luck! Hopefully this can help start moving the gears! Twins are a huge blessing!  :)

Ian, Elaina, Alexa....

two girls -
Olivia and Eleanor
Eleanor and Annabelle
Isabel and Josephine
Emma and Ava
Clara and Eleanor (I like this one a lot, I think the names fit with Ian, Elaina, and Alexa)

two boys -
Alexander (though it clashes with Alexa) and William
Elliot and William
Leo and Luke
Leo and Elliot
Asher and Carter
Carter and Everett (I know a sibset like this, I think its very cute)
Everett and Elliot

boy and girl -
Josephine and Luke
Eleanor and Everett
Ava and Cash
Oliver and Oakley

personally I think Clara and Eleanor, Isabel and Josephine, Leo and Elliott, Carter and Everett, Oliver and Oakley, and Ava and Cash go well with Ian, Elaina, and Alexa

hope this helps!
