Freya has been growing on me a lot lately.  I think it's a beautiful name for a girl, and it sounds great for a child or an adult.  For those of you who don't know how to pronounce it, it's FRAY-ah in English speaking countries.  My maternal side has a very small amount of Viking/Scandinavian and I like the idea of honoring that part of our heritage as well as Irish and Scottish, and then Irish and Latvian on my paternal side.

I've been considering it for a future daughter (if it doesn't get too popular.  It was #266 in the US in 2018.  Top 200 is off limits as a first name for me).  Not sure if it goes well with Fleming though.

Thoughts?

Looking for more middle name suggestions.  I prefer classic names like Rose and Elizabeth (they're pretty and I love them with Freya but they're overused) and hate boys' names/most "unisex" names on girls and obviously trendy names or anything weird or made up.  So far, I'm thinking:

Freya Julia Fleming

Freya Isabelle Fleming

Freya Alexandra Fleming

Freya Sophie Fleming (hesitant because of the -f sound in Sophie with the other names having the same sound in them)

Freya Gabrielle Fleming

Freya Audrey Fleming

Freya Katherine/Caitriona Fleming (Caitriona is pronounced like Katrina, but I'm not sure if I like the latter spelling anymore because people still may associate it with the hurricane)

Freya Lucia/Lucille Fleming

Freya Iris Fleming

Freya Rosalie Fleming

Freya Daphne Fleming (Like with Sophie, I'm on the fence with the sound)

Freya June Fleming

Freya Caroline Fleming

Freya Dorothea Fleming

Freya Valerie Fleming

Also, my first kid will be named Lilia Genevieve if I ever have a daughter so I'd possibly use Freya for the second one.  Do Lilia and Freya sound okay as siblings?

I LOVE Freya! I discovered it years ago watching the tv show Merlin and just thought it was so lovely unique but with a lot of history.
Personally Im not a fan of when the middle name has the same ending as the first name. Its not a hard and fast rule but I feel like sometimes it doesnt flow as well. I see what you mean about the repeating f noises.
My faves are
Freya June, Freya Rosalie and Freya Lucille
Lillia Genevieve is a beautiful name I definitely think they could be sisters

Freya is absolutely stunning! She sounds just slightly different from top 10 favorites, and Lilia and Freya are cute together, although similar for siblings in my opinion because they share the same ending. Freya Isabelle is the perfect blend of classic and new. Love it!! Freya Julia is a bit too choppy because they have the same syllable count and ending. All of the rest of your combs are nice, but Freya Isabelle is by far my favorite.

Freya is beautiful and I think it is a lovely pairing with Fleming!

My favorite of your mn option is Lucille, I think Freya Lucille is adorable! I also love Freya Caroline, Freya Rosalie, and Freya June.
