As the rounds go by, everything will mostly be the same except for the namebanks, but if you're looking for some type of twist, roll a d8 for individuals above the age of 65 & if you get a 4, they've passed. (Though this is totally optional, family members can be immortal if you'd like! 
)
For all couples, roll for their current relationship status.

Roll for Relationship Status (d10)
Married
8: divorced
all else: still married
Engaged
3 & 10: broken up
5: still engaged
all else: married
Dating
1, 2 & 9: broken up
4, 6, 7: still dating
5, 8: engaged
3, 10: married
For single individuals 18+, roll for their sexuality & relationship status. (Feel free to use any other "odds" for sexuality, relationships, etc)
Roll for Sexuality (d6)
1-2: straight
3-4: bisexual
5-6: gay
Roll for Relationship (d12)
(for bisexual relationships: odd=male, even=female)
1-3: single
4-7: dating
8-10: engaged
11-12: married
Then proceed to roll for the amount of kids each person/family has had in the past few years, based on the potential parent(s)' age group. (If a couple spans across multiple age groups, you may choose which one to use!) If you want to add a wildcard aspect, treat the amount of kids as the amount of births, using this generator.

18-25
1-3: 0 kids
4-5: 1 kid
6: 2 kids
26-36
1: 0 kids
2-3: 1 kid
4-5: 2 kids
6: 3 kids
37-45
1-2: o kids
3-5: 1 kid

*Roll for/choose each child's gender & age (0-4)--when rolling for ages, I typically use a d6, with 5 meaning infant & 6 as "your choice"
*You may add step-kids, etc. if you'd like!
For naming, the same rules as apply as last time, but as a reminder: You have the option between rolling separately for first & middle names (or second middle names) or rolling for full name combos (though there are more options if you take that route, just based on the amount of combos on the lists). You may totally feel free to use a "boy" combo on a female family member, for example, or anything else of that sort (remember, it's all casual 
!)
