Well, I am honestly not a fan of Morgan for a girl or a boy, but I have met a few boys named Morgan, not to mention a couple of male characters on TV shows named Morgan. I think it is perfectly fine.

Morgan is one of those names I find truly unisex, and I love it on a boy! It's very handsome, and not very common.

Morgan Freeman is the best example of that name's use I can think of. One of my favorite actors! But Morgan is not one of my favorites. It's just never sounded strong enough for a boy's name, but that's my personal taste.

Here are some similar names I like:
Aaron
Austin
Bennett
Gideon
Gordon
Jackson
Marcus
Ryan
Simeon
Simon
Sullivan
Trenton

I actually don't think I've ever come across a little girl named Morgan, save for the character in Boy Meets World. I agree, it's a lovely name for a boy

The first Morgan I ever met was a boy, and to this day I still think Morgan is an ALL boy's name. It's okay on a girl.

Use it. Who cares about popularity. I know a boy morgan and 2 girl morgan's, although 1 is spelled morgyn.

I usually don't like unisex names but Morgan is one that I truly can see on a boy or a girl -- I prefer it on a boy, though. I think it's handsome :)

Well Morgan, like Carrol, Robin, Dylan, Logan, Tyler, and soo many others, started originally as a boy's name. On Morgan Freeman, the actor, I love the name Morgan, but I think if it came to me using it for a child, I would prefer it on a girl. It's funny.

Just use it. Who cares if it is unisex or not?
