Which middle name would work well with April? So far I'm thinking:

April Barbara

April Elsa

April Frances

April Irene

April Jordyn

April Natasha

If you have any suggestions, let me know.

Out of your list, I like April Irene.  April has a stronger sound to it and is kind of an unusual choice for a child born in this decade, so I'd generally suggest a classic name, preferably a softer one to balance it and depending on the last name, you might wanna vary the number of syllables to make it flow better.  Jordyn is masculine IMO, despite the tryndee -y spelling and people are probably gonna associate Elsa with Frozen and I'm not sure I like the flow of April Elsa either.  lol  I like Barbara, Frances, and Natasha, just not with April.  I also would be careful with overly floral/nature-y or word names because it could sound really cheesy.  If you're gonna use floral names, then I'd suggest them in the 2nd middle spot.

April Caroline

April Madeleine

April Margaret (a little old-fashioned and not the softer sound I suggested, but I think the combination works well)

April Elizabeth

April Katherine

April Josephine

April Jane

April Alexandra

April Rose (sounds pretty, even though it's cheesy.  Maybe Rosalie or Rosalind?)

I like April Irene the most of the names in your list. I would certainly consider looking at the other names suggested, of which I can currently only offer one more: I find April Elise to be very sweet and charming.

Best of luck, and keep us updated!

So this is totally intended to be a joke not a real suggestion bc I don't want your kid to hate you. I immediately thought April Mae and it took me a minute to realize why it sounded so familiar. Lol. Anyway in all seriousness, I think April Brooke, April Louise, April Elise, April Renee, April Lynn, and April Kaitlyn are really cute
