I personally don't care for Aubrey or Harper as a boys name, waaaay to feminine. Don't really like the idea of Spencer as a girls name either. I love Paisley Rose, absolutely adorable.

I love: Mila, Isla, Maxwell, Sebastian, Miles & Tristan.

Eila, Bronwyn, Reina & Evren appeal to me as well.

I strongly dislike: Paisley & Teddy.

The others are just ok.

Spencer is better on a boy and Aubrey on a girl but neither is my style. I like Harper. I think it could go either way but I prefer it on a girl.

Mila - I think this name is getting a lot of publicity with Mila Kunis, I like it it seems sweet yet spunky.
Paisley - Not really a fan...I've known three dogs named Paisley...I think its great for pets but not for a person.
Bronwyn - Strong and distinct name. I've been liking the name Branagh (Bron YA) lately.
Isla - I think Isla
Eila - Is this pron. like Isla? or differently??
Reina - I like this spelling...I've also been liking the name Reign lately.
Sienna - Okay, not my favorite of your list.

Evren - I prefer Everett, Evren just seems made up.
Maxwell - I really like the nn Max
Sebastian - <3
Teddy - I've been loving Theodore a lot lately, I think Teddy would be adorable on a little boy but I dont see it aging very well.
Miles - <3 I also think Milo is a cute nn for Miles.
Nolan - Okay. I've never felt this name was particularly interesting...always thought it sounded like No Land.
Rowan - I like Rowan/Rohan/Roan...I just wish it didn't fall so squarely under the popular/tryndy category. :\
Tristan - Okay. I know a little boy with this name and he is very cute...I always picture a little blonde boy with this name because of him.
Lucas - Nice, classic and timeless name.

Unisex
Spencer - I think this name is great for either gender.
Aubrey - I know this is traditionally a boys name but I can only picture it on a girl.
Harper - I'd say girl though I dislike for either gender.

Evren Maxwell - Everett Maxwell would be more my liking.
