Jessica Simpson and her fiance, Eric Johnson, has welcomed their second child- a bouncing baby boy! The baby was born via a scheduled C-section today, June 30. The couple named their son, Ace Knute Johnson. (Knute is pronounced Ka-nute). Baby Ace joins big sister, Maxwell Drew.
Big congrats goes out to the couple!
So, any inputs on their choice of name?

I love the name Ace, but it always remains me of Eva calling Gideon ace as a nickname. Maxwell & Ace are cute together you think it was a boy sibset.

Ace is cool. It good Knute honors someone (Johnson's swedish grandfather), but couldn't they have honored him in another way?

^I agree. Knute is hard on the eyes and ears. Ace is a cool name, nothing too weird.
And Max and Ace go together fairly well, but I much prefer her daughter's name.

I think Ace is cute as a nn only. I don't like the middle name either. I also don't like her daughter's name...too masculine. I wish them all the best of course.

I don't like it, Ace is nice as a nn but not as a first name. Not sure why some celebs feel the need to give their kids such weird names, doesn't matter really though as long as their happy with their name choice.
