Married life has been pretty wonderful for you and your spouse. Parenthood has been pretty wonderful, too! With a supportive family and spouse on your side, things may have been challenging but you worked through those hurdles together. 

 

As is fairly common after becoming a parent, you begin to feel as if you’ve lost a sense of yourself in the busyness of taking care of your baby. When you confide in your spouse about your struggles, they encourage you to take some time to yourself. You work together to schedule regular times of rest and some date nights. You also both schedule to enjoy one evening per week to engage in a hobby!
