Here's a CAF like I used to make, using a city as the basis for the names. I picked Austin this time, I'll use street names and districts as the namebanks. Hopefully filled some names you haven't thought of using before, some more unfamiliar than others. I selected a few names that are more normal in the mix but I'd encourage you to go for the uncommon ones.
