I have been just keeping it to myself at the moment, but I when Ashooles brought it up, I decided to finally say something.

What are everyone elses opinions on Simon? Any middle name idea's?

I'm absolutely in love with it, and it might even compair to my love for Liam! :D <3

I got that name from a sports person I Love :D, and his middle name is Matthew so Simon Matthew. It sounds lovely.

I still like Simon Connor though :D

Haha, I feel like it does have a manly feel to it. Maybe a little old, but I bet it can be updated! I don't know what exactly it is about it though, it just has a unique and distinct feel to it. And plus, it's not popular!!! Liam already made the top ten, and I might be too scared to ever use a name so popular-- especially if it still is when I have kids! :D

Joseph and Charles are okay. I think Joseph is a bit to plain though. It's like Nicholas and Matthew-- both handsome, but super handsome when Nikolai and Mathias instead :D And as for Charles, I kind of like it. I could use it after a great uncle of mine, or after my older brother (it's his middle name). But it's on my older sisters list, and I don't want to steal her names :P

Simon Matthew is handsome, but as I mentioned above lol!

But Simon Connor is really handsome! I think I'll add that to my list! :D

Well, I'm right there with you Hayden. I saw Simon on here then watched Misfits and now I totally love the name. Love love love love love. I'm thinking Simon Joshua right now, I'll post more when I round it out. Dang it! My list is long enough already! :) Now my top three boy names are Dexter, Simon, and Garrett. I need to update my signature.

Thanks! :)

I'm not sure yet, but Simon Connor might just be the one ;)

I do love Simon Henry too though! <3

I like how underused it is ;) So he wont run into ninety other Simons in his school ;D

Omg, Heather! Simon Joshua is cuuuute!

Haha, it just seems to be a name that at first appearance, it's nice but just that. Then it grows on you :P Cause it's so been growing on me! :P

I definitely like Simon Henry more than Simon Conner. Simon and Connor both have strong ON sounds and it really weighs the name down for me. The N in Henry is much lighter and doesn't weigh Simon down nearly as much.

Yep, I really like Simon atm. It's uncommon but familiar and easy to spell- just what I like it a name. I really like Simon Joshua, and it goes well with my other two faves. :)

What about a nickname? Is Si/Sye/Sy too out there? How should it be spelled?

For a nickname, I like Si. If it's just a nickname, I don't think it matters much :) .

That's what I'd do, I think :D Sy or Si as a nick name! I mean, Si would make more sense, but I do like how Sy looks a bit better. I do like the e on Rye, but on Sye it looks a bit silly I think... maybe lol!

But do you care if I steal Simon Joshua from you??? I think it's really nice! And I could say it's after my brother or something :P

Feel free to use Simon Joshua. I'm flattered you like it so much. :) Right now I'm flip-flopping between Simon Joshua and Simon Tobias.

Oooh! I love Simon Tobias. Tobias is for me what Simon is for you, Haddie - but only as a middle name. And I love the combo of Simon and Tobias together!
